Effective Results is a business consulting company that takes a hands-on approach to solving operational problems for small to medium size companies. Located in Longwood, Florida since 1987 and led by the Founder and President Bob Cheatham, Effective Results has established a solid reputation for successfully helping companies start up, expand and improve both the quality and profitability of their business.

As a consultant, trainer and business coach, Bob has established a successful track record and a long list of satisfied clients. The company’s focus has been providing assistance to the small business owner that really needs help with implementing “systems” and quality control.

Effective Results has also provided in-house training programs for local, national and international companies with the focus on increasing productivity, reducing employee turnover and customer satisfaction.

Having had the opportunity to work with such a diverse clientele, sometimes even wearing their uniform has enabled Bob to provide companies with an objective opinion that gets to the point and provides permanent solutions. He is 100% committed to helping businesses reach their goals.

In addition, Bob has presented hundreds of results-oriented seminars and workshops to both small and large businesses. Bob has also taught courses sponsored by the American Management Association at Seminole Community College, served on the Board of Directors for Seminole County Chamber of Commerce, a 1996 graduate of Leadership Seminole and is an active resource volunteer for the Seminole County School Dividends Program and the Seminole County Sherriff’s Department. He has also written several articles on effective business management and has been featured in The Orlando Business Journal and Fox T.V. 35 News.
